This is personal training 101.

You’ll learn basic training terminology, as well as, gain a deep

understanding of the foundational movement patterns

that should be included, in what order, and why

to ensure you are following a well-rounded

and effective program.

WEEK 5 & 6 - REST, RECOVERY, & EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE

Proper recovery is the key to seeing results!

Learn how many rest days to ideally have and why,

as well as, how long you should rest between sets

for optimal results and muscle rehabilitation.

We’ll also teach you how to intuitively know

when to listen to your body and rest,

and how to safely push through your comfort zone.
